What are CBD capsules?
Today, there are many different products containing CBD. The two most popular products are CBD oil drops and CBD capsules. In both products, the main substance is cannabidiol. The dosage, usability and absorption time differ in both products. As a result, users may prefer the capsules or the oil drops.
What are the benefits of CBD capsules?
One of its main advantages is its high user-friendliness. Many people who use these capsules need only take 1 or 2 capsules a day. CBD capsules contain little to no THC (less than 0.05%) and are therefore not psychoactive.
CBD capsules are also completely taste and odourless. Another advantage is that capsules are convenient for use on the go. The CBD in the capsules is not so easily lost in hot weather, as the capsules are slightly more resistant to heat. This makes capsules easier to take with you when travelling. Below, we list all the other benefits.

CBD capsules action
The absorption time in CBD capsules takes 20 to 60 minutes. As a result, these can offer a nice solution for people who would actually need a dose of CBD at night as well, for instance. The amount of CBD in each capsule is exactly the same, whereas with CBD drops, each drop is not exactly the same size. With that, the amount of CBD ingested will always vary a little bit with drops.
The capsules are easy and unobtrusive to take, unlike the drops. CBD oil drops have a strong taste. There are some people who don't like the taste. For those people, capsules are very pleasant to use because they are tasteless and can be swallowed in one go.
CBD oil or capsules, what's the difference?
The main difference between CBD capsules and CBD oil drops is mainly in the method of use. Capsules are easy to take, but with CBD drops the dosage is again better to spread. The drops are also absorbed faster by the oral mucosa when not swallowed immediately. With capsules, complete absorption takes longer because the CBD is only absorbed in the gastrointestinal system.
So neither product is better, they just work slightly differently. So it really depends on your personal wishes and circumstances whether you use drops or capsules, or go for a combination.
How do I use CBD capsules?
You can use CBD capsules alone, but you can also combine them with CBD oil drops. You can use the capsules as a base dose and then supplement them with CBD oil drops as needed during the day. You can simply take the capsules with a glass of water.
The dose of cannabidiol per capsule is relatively high. After all, you take a dose in one go. It is therefore useful to know in advance which dosage is suitable for you. A good way to find out is to first build up the use of CBD with CBD oil drops. It is advisable to start with one capsule. That way you can see what the effect is. If the effect is insufficient, then the dose can be slowly increased. In many cases, one to two capsules a day do the job.
