It is therefore useful to know in advance which dosage is suitable for you. A good way to find out is to first build up the use of CBD with CBD oil drops. It is advisable to start with one capsule. That way you can see what the effect is. If the effect is insufficient, then the dose can be slowly increased. In many cases, one to two capsules a day do the job.
