As of 1 July 2018, a change in the law has started regarding CBD vapourising using an e-cigarette. This includes more requirements on the safety, shape, and release of an E-cigarette, as well as on the liquids themselves. The amended Tobacco and Tobacco Products Act contains a passage stating that additives in the liquid will be restricted, such as additives that colour the vapour and additives that give the impression that the e-liquid provides health benefits. The latter means a ban on the sale of e-liquids containing CBD.

Until what date may CBD E-Liquids be sold?

CBD E-liquids that do not yet meet the new composition and packaging requirements may still be sold until 1 July 2019. That means for you as a customer, you can order the CBD E-liquids until 30 June 2019.
