The Sleepy Hemp sleeping tea comes loose in sustainable packaging. The packaging is made of PaperWise paper sourced from 100% agricultural waste. The inside is made of bio-based film and can be fully composted.
Dutch Harvest Sleepy Hemp tea is 100% sustainable, organic and Dutch. The tea is made from leaves and flowers of the hemp plant (fibre hemp) that grows in the Netherlands. Grown locally, the tea has to travel far fewer kilometres.
Hemp tea is free of theine, caffeine and tannins.
Preparation
Shake the Sleepy Hemp bag briefly to allow the herbs to mix well. Use 1 teaspoon of loose tea (1 gram) per cup (200ml) or 2 tablespoons per litre of water. If desired, use a tea infuser or tea egg to make tea. Pour boiling water on top and steep for 5 to 7 minutes.
