Organic Lucuma Powder by Purasana

Lucuma powder is obtained from dried and ground fruit of the lucuma tree that thrives in the Andes. This fruit is known as the 'Gold of the Incas'. A perfect alternative to other sweeteners, it has a low glycaemic index with a delicious taste, ideal for homemade ice cream and cakes. It contains naturally occurring sugars, B vitamins, minerals and phytonutrients. Purasana lucuma powder is derived from low-temperature dried fruits and does not undergo any chemical processing.

Use
Sprinkle, mix, shake or blend the powder into smoothies, desserts, cakes, muesli and yoghurts. Use 3 teaspoons in 300 ml of vegetable rice or soya drink and fruit juice.
