MediHemp's hemp seed oil organic is made from hulled hemp seeds and carefully cold-pressed to preserve all the valuable ingredients such as carotene, vitamin E, minerals, omega 3 (gamma-linolenic acid), omega 6 (alpha-linolenic acid) and all amino acids. Cold-pressed organic hemp oil has a delicious flavour and fresh fragrance. Medihemp's 100% organic hemp oil is very versatile in use, for example through a salad, in a smoothie or sprinkle it over potatoes, vegetables or other dish. Hemp seed oil has a beneficial effect on general health and is rich in a variety of healthy nutrients.

Usage and dosage
Delicious in dressings, salads, sauces, juices, fruit drinks and smoothies. Use 1-3 tablespoons per day or as needed. If stored sealed in a cool and dark place after opening, the oil will keep for another 8-12 weeks. Hemp seed oil is suitable for both internal and external use.
