Description
TerraSana Lentils Red Bio are protein-rich pulses that have a bright orange colour before cooking and a yellowish colour after cooking. Because the skin has been removed from the lentils, they fall under split lentils and so they soften quickly during cooking. Soaking is not necessary and cooking time is just 20 minutes. TerraSana Lentils Red Bio are ideally suited for curries and soups, but you can also use them to make tasty savoury snacks or vega(n) burgers.
How to use Organic Red Lentils
Cook the lentils for 15-20 minutes until tender. Soaking is not necessary.

After opening, store airtight in a dry, dark place at room temperature (max 20 °C).
