Use
Adults take one cup 1-3 times a day. Mix one tablespoon of Maitake Ginger Latte powder with about 200 ml of (vegetable) milk or water. Stir well before using.
A delicious creamy mushroom latte barista-style
Heat 250 ml of your favourite milk and use a milk frother to make foam.
In your cup, mix 1 serving of Maitake Ginger Latte mix with a splash of milk or hot water to form a smooth paste.
Pour in the frothed milk, making sure to mix well.
Sprinkle with ginger or cinnamon and sweet as desired.
Be creative
Mix the Maitake Ginger Latte with cold milk and ice, for an iced latte.
Add to smoothies, porridge, yoghurt or any recipe.
