Organic Raw hulled Hemp Seed is rich in unsaturated fat, gamma-linoleic acid and omega 3, omega 6 and omega 9 in a unique ratio. It contains all essential amino acids and is a source of protein, dietary fibre, vitamin B, vitamin E, iron and magnesium. The hemp seeds are carefully machine peeled to preserve the high-quality hemp oil with its valuable unsaturated fatty acids and the important protein with all essential amino acids. Raw hulled hemp seeds are not only used in bread, cakes and other foods, but can be used in a wide variety of ways in, for example, salads, desserts and over vegetables. Peeled hemp is also ideal for making hemp milk, hemp butter and smoothies. A delicious and versatile superfood!
Use
Hulled hemp seeds not only refine muesli, breads, cakes and other dishes, but are also used as decoration on salads, vegetables or desserts. Light roasting creates a tasty nutty flavour that adds an extra touch to many dishes. To preserve flavour and nutritional value, please do not heat above 180 degrees Celsius
The gentle mechanical exfoliation ensures that the high protein content of the hemp seeds (contains all essential amino acids) are preserved. Hanf & Natur's hulled organic hemp seeds have a mild, nutty aroma, which enhances the flavour of muesli, cakes, salads and many other dishes. Lightly toasting the hulled hemp seeds enhances the nutty aroma. However, keep in mind that peeled hemp seeds should not be heated above 180°C, otherwise the unsaturated fatty acids oxidise quickly. Organic peeled hemp seeds contain omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids, which are also present in the ideal ratio for the body's own absorption. They fit perfectly into a balanced diet, helping to meet daily nutritional requirements.
