TerraSana's cold-pressed hemp oil organic is an unrefined oil and has a special nutty flavour. It is made from whole, raw hemp seeds. Nothing else. By cold-pressing the seeds, the nutritional values are preserved as much as possible. This organic hemp seed oil is pure and naturally rich in omega 3 and 6 fatty acids. Due to its cold-pressed nature, we recommend not heating the oil to preserve its pure flavour and nutritional values. Hemp Oil Bio is delicious in salads, pasta or smoothies, for example. So go wild in the kitchen and make your dishes even tastier with this superfood!

How to use the oil

Use preferably cold. 1-2 tablespoons per day or as needed. Hemp oil organic is delicious in dressings, salads, sauces, juices, fruit drinks and smoothies.

Save
Store preferably in the refrigerator. After opening, store airtight in a dry, dark place at room temperature (max 20 °C). If you keep the oil in the fridge, you can take it out before use. This makes the flavour slightly fuller.
