HEMP i SHOP cares a lot about your privacy. We therefore only process data that we need for (improving) our services and treat information collected about you and your use of our services with care. We never make your data available to third parties for commercial purposes.
This privacy policy applies to the use of the HEMP i SHOP website and the services accessed through it. Webshop software
Our online shop is developed with Woocommerce software, we have chosen Dlogic for our web hosting. Personal data you make available to us for the purpose of our services are shared with this party. Dlogic has access to your data to provide us with (technical) support, they will never use your data for any other purpose. Based on the agreement we have concluded with them, Dlogic is obliged to take appropriate security measures. These security measures consist of the application of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. Regular backups are made to prevent loss of data.
Woocommerce
Our online shop is developed with software from Woocommerce, we host our online shop on an in-house server. We have taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to prevent abuse, loss and corruption of data as much as possible. These security measures include at least the use of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. Regular backups are made to prevent loss of data.
Dlogic
We purchase web hosting and e-mail services from Dlogic. Dlogic processes personal data on our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes. However, this party may collect metadata on the use of the services. These are not personal data. Dlogic has taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to prevent loss and unauthorised use of your personal data. Dlogic is bound to secrecy under the agreement.
E-mail and mailing lists
Mailerlite
We send our e-mail newsletters using Mailerlite. Mailerlite will never use your name and email address for its own purposes. At the bottom of every e-mail sent automatically via our website, you will see the 'unsubscribe' link. You will then no longer receive our newsletter. Your personal data are stored securely by Mailerlite. Mailerlite uses cookies and other internet technologies that provide insight into whether e-mails are opened and read. Mailerlite reserves the right to use your data to further improve its services and to share information with third parties for this purpose.
Payment processors
Cardgate/ Viva Wallet
To handle some or all of the payments in our online shop, we use the platform of Cardgate and Vivawallet. Cardgate and Vivawallet process your name, address and place of residence and your payment details such as your bank account or credit card number. Cardgate and Vivawallet have appropriate technical and organisational measures in place to protect your personal information. Cardgate and Vivawallet reserve the right to use your information to further improve the service and, as part of this, share (anonymised) information with third parties. Cardgate and Vivawallet share personal data and information relating to your financial position with credit reference agencies in the case of an application for a deferred payment (credit facility). All of the above safeguards regarding the protection of your personal data also apply to those parts of Cardgate and Vivawallet's services for which they engage third parties. Cardgate and Vivawallet will not retain your data for longer than permitted under the statutory time limits.
Billink
The personal and/or business data you provide to HEMP i SHOP in the context of an order using post-payment will be used by us - or by third parties to whom the claims are transferred - for, among other things:
(a) risk analyses and creditworthiness testing to prevent overcrediting
occurrence;
(b) ensuring that communications, administration,
customer relationship management, invoicing and collection of receivables arising from the
retrospective payment service result;
(c) the prevention, detection and combating of fraud or irregularities;

Kiyoh
We collect reviews through the platform of Kiyoh. If you leave a review via Kiyoh, you are required to provide your name, place of residence and e-mail address. Kiyoh shares these details with us so that we can link the review to your order. Kiyoh also publishes your name and place of residence on its own website. In some cases, Kiyoh may contact you to explain your review. In the event that we invite you to leave a review, we share your name and e-mail address with Kiyoh. They only use this data for the purpose of inviting you to leave a review. Kiyoh has taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data. We collect reviews through WebwinkelKeur's platform. If you leave a review via WebwinkelKeur, you are required to provide your name, email address. WebwinkelKeur shares this information with us so that we can link the review to your order. WebwinkelKeur also publishes your name and place of residence on its own website. In some cases, WebwinkelKeur may contact you to comment on your review. In the event that we invite you to leave a review, we share your name and email address with WebwinkelKeur. They only use this data for the purpose of inviting you to leave a review. WebwinkelKeur has taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data. WebwinkelKeur reserves the right to use third parties for the provision of services, for which we have given WebwinkelKeur permission. Shipping and logistics
MyParcel/ PostNL
When you place an order with us, our job is to get your parcel delivered to you. We use the services of MyParcel/ PostNL to carry out the deliveries. This requires us to share your name, address and place of residence details with MyParcel/ PostNL. MyParcel/ PostNL uses this data solely for the purpose of executing the agreement. In the event that MyParcel/ PostNL engages subcontractors, MyParcel/ PostNL will also make your data available to these parties.

For our record keeping and accounting, we use the services of Siel/ Acumulus. We share your name, address and place of residence data and details relating to your order. Retention periods
We keep your data for as long as you are our client. This means that we will keep your client profile until you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services. If you indicate this to us, we will also interpret this as a request to forget. In accordance with applicable administrative obligations, we must retain invoices containing your (personal) data, which we will therefore retain for as long as the applicable term runs. However, employees no longer have access to your client profile and documents we have produced in response to your instructions.
Your rights

In principle, to prevent misuse, we only send copies and transcripts of your data to your e-mail address already known to us.
