Return
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. You will have another 14 days to return your product after cancellation. You will then be credited for the full order amount including shipping costs. If you have ordered several products and only wish to return part of the total order, the shipping costs will not be credited. We will refund you using the same means of payment you used to make the original transaction, unless you have expressly indicated otherwise. No fees will be charged for a refund using the same or another means of payment.

Return within the Netherlands
For a return from your home to our address, we charge a contribution of 6.20 euros for a parcel shipment with a value below 15 euros within the Netherlands. For a parcel shipment with a value of more than 15.00 euros within the Netherlands, we charge a contribution of 5.25 euros.
For letterbox parcels with track & trace code, we ask a contribution of 3.95 euros. For letterbox parcels without track & trace code, we ask a contribution of 2.15 or 3.70 euros depending on the weight. We will send you a return shipping label via e-mail that you can use to easily return the shipment.

Return outside the Netherlands
If you live outside the Netherlands, the cost of a return is at your own expense. To ensure the arrival of your return, we recommend using a parcel service with tracking and/or insurance.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us via email info@hempishop.nl containing the following data:

• your name and address,
• The order number of the order (see the invoice or confirmation email),
• Which products you want to return,
• The reason for returning (this is not obligatory but we greatly appreciate this feedback to be able to improve our service and product range)

We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of notification of your return provided the product has already been received back in good order.

Return exceptions
Products that have been used or opened cannot be returned.

Return when the parcel is not collected from a collection point
If you are not at home on the first delivery attempt, PostNL will deliver the parcel to a neighbour or a collection point nearby. If you do not want a parcel to be delivered to a neighbour, you can indicate this in the comments section of the checkout process.

At a collection point, the parcel can be collected for 5 working days before it is automatically returned to us. When we receive the parcel back we will contact you. When you make a payment of the shipping costs and we have received it, we will resend your parcel to a collection point near you.

Return from Belgium when address name does not match 'incomplete/wrong address'
In Belgium, the name of the address provided must correspond to the name listed at the address at the letterbox. If this is not the case, the parcel will automatically be returned with the message 'incomplete/wrong address'. If your parcel is returned for this reason, we ask for a contribution of 7.50 euros for a parcel with a value under 15 euros to resend it. For a parcel shipment with a value above 15.- euros, we ask for a contribution of 6.50 euros.
