Track & Trace
When your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail with track & trace code to track your parcel.
Delivery time
Order before 4pm and your parcel will be dispatched the same day. PostNL delivers on Monday to Saturday.
We cannot be held responsible for products that get lost if you have indicated on the track & trace that you want the shipment to be deposited near your home such as under the carport, behind the letterbox, in the garden etc. etc.
PostNL Pakjegemak
In the comments section of your order, you can indicate at which PostNL Service point you would like to collect the parcel. Based on postal code, place name or region, PostNL Parcelservice will display the nearest locations, including opening hours. You can choose from around 2,500 PakjeGemak locations. Many of these are open on shopping evenings and weekends. You can track the status of your parcel online 24 hours a day via Track & Trace. You will also be notified via text message and e-mail as soon as the parcel is available at the selected shop location.
Pick up order in Rijsbergen
We used to have a pick-up point in Breda, but unfortunately, due to the Corona crisis, restaurant Loff did not survive. Orders can now be collected in Rijsbergen (near the Belgian border). After placing the order, please take contact on to make an appointment.
Do you know an organic or vegan restaurant/lunchroom in Breda or surroundings? Then of course we would love to hear about it.
