Buy unhulled, or hulled hemp seeds?

Unhulled hemp seeds also have a longer shelf life thanks to the hard shell, namely up to 15 months if properly sealed.
Shelled hemp seeds should be kept refrigerated for 8 to 12 weeks. So keep in mind how much hemp seed you buy, packages of 275 grams, 500 grams and 1 kilo are available.
