Coconut Manna is an organic coconut puree / coconut butter cream developed by Nutiva from pure dried coconut meat. This tropical 'melt on the tongue' treat contains 12% fibre and 9% protein and nutritious fats. It requires no refrigeration, contains no trans fats and spreads easily at temperatures above 22 degrees Celsius. The red and brown dots are characteristic of natural coconut products.

Note! The oil in this coconut puree tends to settle on top. Before first use, liquefy the coconut puree by placing the jar in warm water and stirring. This product is not suitable for baking.

Nutiva packs oil in three types of materials; glass, PET plastic and white HDPE plastic. Nutiva's plastic containers are made without BPA.
