Dosage
Adults: Take 1 capsule twice daily with food. If necessary, increase to 2 capsules twice daily.
Living Nutrition Tranquil is best taken after dinner or between meals if you are prone to nervous digestion or suffer from bloating or flatulence.
Avoid intake with hot foods or drinks, which can damage the delicate nutrients. Living Nutrition Tranquil can be combined with other Living Nutrition products, including the formulas with organic fermented herbs.
