Chaga (Inonotus obliquus) lumps*.

Use
Traditional recipe: boil water and let it cool to 50หC, add one chunk per 200ml cup of hot water, simmer for 5-6 hours to 48 hours. Remove the chunks. Reheat the remaining liquid to 40-50หC. Then place the chunks back into the liquid and leave to infuse for 4-5 hours. Dehydrate. Add cooled boiled water to reach the original liquid volume. Refrigerate the brew for up to 4 days in a sealed container. The lumps can be reused up to 5 times and then new lumps should be used for the brew.
Daily consumption 1-2 cups.
